Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's most celebrated Sherlock Holmes story gets a gloriously funny makeover:

When Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead on his estate, with a look of terror still etched on his face, and the paw prints of a gigantic hound beside his body, the great detective Sherlock Holmes is summoned from Baker Street, with Dr Watson in tow, to unravel the mysteries surrounding his death, and investigate the ancient curse of the Hound of the Baskervilles...

Packed full of the verbal and visual ingenuity that hit comedy team Peepolykus is known for, and offering abundant opportunities for silly comedy and slapstick, this barking spoof is all set to be a howling success.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWN

Three brilliant comic actors of any gender to play multiple roles. Including, of course, Dr Watson and Sherlock Holmes.

No hound required... 

AUDITION DATES

You can audition on Monday 26th or Wednesday 28th June at 7.30pm. If successful, you will be asked to attend recalls on Thursday 29th June at 7.30pm

PLEASE NOTE

We are committed to improving diversity in our casting and, unless stated for artistic reasons, we aim to actively adopt an inclusive casting policy.

This is an amateur production. You do not need to be a member of PTC to audition, but actors and crew will need to become members for £30 a year by direct debit. A £25 show fee will also need to be paid by all actors in the production. We encourage you to become a member of PTC anyway, even if not cast.

Our company is run by volunteers and we expect all actors cast in a play to volunteer for Front of House duties at least once a year. Our shows could not go up without our Front of House volunteers.
